At the end when they are all fighting their nemesis (Im sorry I don't know the guys name) they are getting beat down hard so they combine all the powers using Torch and at first he still gets roughed up but for not very long. Even if someone is able to have countless other super abilities it still won't be enough to beat everyone. Someone bigger and better always comes along, and someone always comes along that has some new extreme power that's so bad ass that person won't need the ability to have multiple super human powers.
